Film in my opinion is a form of art as it puts the producers thoughts and creative ideas into a product just as much as a painting.

The purpose of Black Panther and general films is to make money.

    Marvel’s Black Panther character made his debut in the comic book world in Fantastic Four Vol. 1 Issue 52, published in 1966
      The cast did the bulk of the fight work that will be seen on film. Chadwick Boseman, whose skill set includes a comprehensive martial arts background, knew what he was in for when he and all the other actors had to attend a “boot camp” to prepare them for the physical aspects of their roles.
        Over 25 000 cubic feet of foam was used in the Warrior Falls set, which was sculpted to match the rocks in Oribi Gorge in South Africa.
          Most assume the moniker and invention of Black Panther were prompted by the Black Panther movement of the late 1960s, but the character actually hit just before the Black Panther Party was founded in 1966 (though he did come well after the WWII Black Panthers tank battalion).
            He even went by Black Leopard for a short time in 1972, when Marvel was looking to avoid any controversial association with the movement.

                      Major company films verses Indie films.
                      Indie films often have harder to understand and complex story lines or characters. it is advertised by word of mouth. they get released through film festivals and youtube. These films are shot in a small series of locations like the garage and the storage locker.

                      Mainstream films have clear story lines. high production values. have a 360 marketing scheme. they will have it online and on buses or social media. they focus on cgi and action sequences. Mainstream films have mainstream music with copyright music. Black panther can be based all over the world as the budget is huge.

                              Facts This product was launched by Procter and Gamble and soon became a brand leader. 1946 character called 'the housewife' customer had high hopes for the brand  The advert uses the z line theory as the audience would read the text then look at the woman and finally they would look at the cartoon. The colours show a kind of patriotism as the American flag has red white and blue. The red suggests how the woman 'loves' this product. the mode of address for this ad is through many things such as the characters dress or the bold colours that are used or even the repeated 'w' sound. The advert has love hearts over the top of the characters head suggesting that she feels so strongly a feeling love toward the product. the advert is specifically talk to women as an audience as the advert literally says that its what women want.
