This is an extension of hyper reality because even people with bad hair do have good lives, but this advert is trying to represent the ideology that only people with good hair have the best life and always loo...

YUNGBLUD unseen analysis

Medication music video by yungblud - unseen analysis   EDITING:  Opening shot of the scene expanding as a circle gives the impression of the beginning of a story with a childish tone because it gives conventions of a fairy tale opening. However, this contrasts to the reality of the music video where it puts a light tone over the fear of mental illnesses with erratic but amusing dancing and overall enthusiasm from the artist about everything he is experiencing. The rapid change from close up to angled mid shot positions the audience in two ways, the direct address from the close up gives an overwhelming feeling for the audience, where as the angled mid shot positions the audience more as spectators and not involved.  Nike advert analysis Overall: the video cuts together a wide range of people from all kinds of communities This is the establishing shot and it shows a dual set of videos with two different athletes doing different sports. The camera angle in this shot is a mid shot and this can create meaning for the audience because it represents more than one person and this means that the audience can relate to the main models because they can represent them as a woman or as a black woman. By representing these groups the advert is  The videos are not in perfect sync and this can be symbolic of how we are all different but are all together in sports which for a sport company is a powerful message because they aren’t saying you have to be professional like these people are but you can wear what they wear and what you want. The colours in this shot are very varied but have the same blue background even as they are different shades and this is symbolic of how everyone comes from different ba...

Blinding lights by the weekend The opening shot is a shot of Abel tesafaye (the weekend) with blood around his mouth laughing and this is a key and powerful opening shot because it immediately grasps the attention of the audience because they dont know how he got all messed up. The lighting in the scene has tones of red, blue and white as if he is tripping or something because they look unrealistic for just lighting o the streets. The manic smile on this face hints at a villain mania.  The weekend normally has a pop kind of brand and he is eccentric and this is seen through his glasses and his gloves because they are very 70’s and 80’s music artist psychosis. The second screenshot i have there is the second shot after the longer introduction where there are a literal interpretation of the lyrics because they are blinding lights, the costume of the sunglasses shows how bright it is. The costume through out the whole video is the same, red suit with the sunglasses coming on and...
